David provided technical and stakeholder management in option development and public communications for the recently launched King Street Transit Pilot. He was responsible for the development and evaluation of pilot options as well as for building the case for proceeding with the Pilot to improve service reliability on Toronto’s busiest surface transit route. David prepared materials for public events and Councillor and TTC Board member briefings. This project showed how a minimal capital investment could be leveraged to produce significant improvements to the customer experience. Service reliability significantly improved on the King Street corridor along with 15,000 new weekday riders now use this service.
