David secured TransLink’s (Metro Vancouver’s Regional Transportation Authority) participation in the world’s first fast charge interoperability zero emission battery-bus program. David managed all project development efforts for the agency, including obtaining $10 Million from TransLink, Government of Canada, BC Hydro and the City of Vancouver to proceed with the pilot. This pilot program allows for idea generation and analysis on how TransLink can restructure transit operations for future mass adoption of zero-emission buses.
