Leading Mobility supported Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) in their 2 year service delivery review of the on-demand transit program.  ETS' on-demand program entails 57 vehicles serving over 50 neighbourhoods and 18 seniors communities, the largest on-demand program in Canada. The service delivery review entailed the following:

• Assessment of service performance (e.g. average wait times, boardings and alightings by neighbourhood group)

• Opportunities and constraints in the current service delivery model

• Community insights

• GBA+ analysis

• Next steps for service enhancements and facility improvements to support the growth of the on-demand program

Leading Mobility undertook the service performance review and led the technical writing for the Council report.

The service delivery review was presented to the City of Edmonton's Community and Public Services Committee in October 2022.
