Leading Mobility led the development of the industry guidelines for paratransit operators and service providers to ensure a safe, efficient, and equitable process for the vaccination of paratransit customers.  Guidelines detailed processes and protocols for the safety of operators, safety of customers, logistics and coordination with local health authorities.  Three service models were developed ranging from providing individual trips for paratransit customers to receive vaccination to repurposing paratransit fleets and facilities to assist with a broader community-based vaccination program.  Eight large paratransit organizations from across Canada oversaw the development of the guidelines.
