David was responsible for the turnover of sites and stations for the launch of revenue service for the West LRT (7 stations, 8 KM of track) and NE LRT Extension to Saddletowne (2 stations, 3 KM of track). Tasks included undertaking site inspections, composing deficiency lists, resolving infrastructure and operational concerns between the contractor and the City of Calgary, organizing employee and first responder familiarization training and regular status reporting to Senior Leadership.

Developed public outreach programs for the two LRT expansion projects to inform customers of new transit services associated with the launch of revenue service. Organized the opening day celebration for the West LRT, where 20,000 attendees enjoyed a variety of activities and ceremonies on the first day of service.
